Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, you must log in to your Obfys account. Select the "Settings" page, then click "General", and select the Admin tab. Scroll down to "Subscription Settings". You can then cancel your subscription by clicking on the cancel subscription button located under the Subscription settings panel of the admin tab. The cost of subscriptions is charged to the payment method on file at the beginning of the charge period, whether that be monthly or annually (see terms and conditions for more information). In this context, when you cancel a subscription, the cancellation will generally take effect in the next payment period. On occasion, we may facilitate the cancellation of a plan mid-period, in which case you will receive a refund prorated for the number of days in the charge period where you did not use the service.
