Redacting by Categories with AI

Users can significantly improve efficiency by using AI-powered data categories to identify and redact sensitive information.

How It Works

Categories can be selected during the second step of either the Document Redaction or Email Redaction workflows. You can also adjust these settings within the document review editor using the wand tool in the top menu.

Once categories are selected, the document is scanned by our AI system, which highlights instances of the chosen data types throughout the content. You can then review these suggestions and choose to redact individual items or apply redactions in bulk.

Available Categories

The platform currently supports the following categories: - Person names
- Organisation names
- IBAN account numbers
- Gender
- US Social Security numbers
- US EIN numbers
- Dates
- Hyperlinks
- Email addresses
- Credit card numbers
- Addresses
- Telephone numbers

These categories are continuously reviewed and may be expanded over time.
