Obfys enables fast and efficient removal of sensitive data from documents and emails through two guided workflows.
1. Document Redaction Workflow
This workflow walks you step by step through redacting documents:
- Upload or select one or more documents from your chosen source
- (Optional) Choose the sensitive data categories you want to target
- Redact and review your document(s)
2. Email Redaction Workflow
This workflow is designed specifically for emails:
- Connect one or more email accounts to the system
- Select the email(s) you want to process
- (Optional) Choose the sensitive data categories
- Redact and review your email(s)

Automatic PDF Conversion:
During the redaction process, documents and emails are converted to PDF format if they are not already in that format. -
Audit Trail Reporting:
You can enable automatic generation of a translucent audit trail report that highlights all redacted areas. This feature can be turned on in your app settings. -
