Handling Audit Trails
Audit trails can be automatically generated when a document is redacted, provided the feature is enabled in your settings.
Enabling Audit Trails
To turn on this feature:
- Navigate to Settings → General
- Scroll to the Document Management section
- Check the Enable Audit Trail option
How It Works
When enabled, the platform generates a copy of your original document with translucent highlights indicating the areas that were redacted. This allows you to easily compare the original content with the redacted version and review the changes.
